SUNBRIGHT PM-020CN (DMPE-PEG2000) can be applied to lipid nanoparticle (LNP) and liposomal formulations to modulate particle stability and circulation time in the bloodstream. Due to its shorter fatty acid chains (C14), PM-020CN exhibits relatively weak membrane anchoring strength, resulting in easy PEG shedding in circulation.
