Shipping
Our products are manufactured in Japan and shipped either directly to customers or via our New York office by our designated forwarders. Some products may be stored in New York before being shipped to customers. We will notify the buyer of the tracking number once the product is ready for shipment. All products must be stored in accordance with the storage conditions specified in the Certificate of Analysis.
Handling Fee
The handling fee refers to shipping‑related costs. It is a flat‑rate fee based on the product category and purchase price, as listed in the table below.
