SUNBRIGHT OE-080CS is a biocompatible PEG-based anchor (BAM: Biocompatible Anchor for cell Membrane) designed for the gentle insertion into cell membranes without causing cell damage. OE-080CS features an oleyl group for membrane affinity and a PEG chain of 8,000 Da for hydrophilicity, with an NHS group enabling conjugation with amine-containing biomolecules.
OE-080CS enables the modification of cell and tissue surfaces with physiologically active substances, such as proteins or drugs, without injuring cells and tissues. It also supports the immobilization of live cells and tissues on the surfaces of various kinds of materials.
