For site specific delivery, lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) modified with ligands are widely used. SUNBRIGHT GS-050TS is a functionalized PEG lipid designed for efficient ligand conjugation in LNP drug delivery systems. It features a NHS carbonate group linked to a PEG diacylglycarol (DSG-PEG5000), allowing conjugation with amine-containing molecules to form stable carbamate bond. GS-0350TS does not have a charge that could adversely affect the stability of LNPs and is useful for developing active targeting delivery systems.
