SUNBRIGHT DSPE-034AL is a functionalized PEG phospholipid designed to enhance the performance of lipid nanoparticle (LNP) and liposomal formulations in active targeting delivery systems. It features an aldehyde group linked to a PEG phospholipid (DSPE-PEG3400), enabling efficient and selective bioconjugation. The aldehyde group reacts with amine or aminooxy groups on bioactive molecules (e.g., peptides, antibodies, or other ligands).
