SUNBRIGHT PTE2-400MA is a forked (2-arm) PEG derivative containing two precisely spaced maleimide groups, with a total molecular weight of 40 kDa (20 kDa per PEG arm). These maleimide groups site-specifically react with thiol groups on bioactive molecules, enabling the controlled formation of conjugates that structurally mimic antibody heavy-chain domains or fragments. This product is ideally suited for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), bispecific antibodies, and other applications requiring precise molecular orientation and spacing.
