SUNBRIGHT ME-100HS is a methoxy PEG NHS ester with a 10,000 Da PEG chain. The NHS group reacts with amine-containing molecules to form a stable amide bond. After PEGylation, the HS type is generally resistant to hydrolysis, making it suitable for the applications that require prolonged stability under aqueous or physiological conditions.
