SUNBRIGHT® LY-400NS is a Lysine branched (2-arm) NHS ester-PEG with a total molecular weight of 40 kDa (20 kDa per PEG arm). The NHS group reacts with amine-containing molecules to form a stable amide bond. Lysine branched PEGs have already been successfully utilized in several marketed PEGylated drugs, such as PEGASYS®, MACUGEN®, and CIMZIA®, for more than a decade, demonstrating their practical utility and reliability in therapeutic applications.
