SUNBRIGHT GL2-600AL3 is a 2-arm branched aldehyde-PEG with a total molecular weight of 60 kDa (30 kDa per PEG arm). The aldehyde group selectively reacts with amine or aminooxy groups on bioactive molecules (e.g., peptides, antibodies, or other ligands). We originally developed and introduced this type of 2-arm branched activated PEG, which has already been successfully utilized in several marketed PEGylated drugs, demonstrating its practical utility and reliability in therapeutic applications.
