SUNBRIGHT GL2-400PA is a 2-arm branched propylamine-PEG with a total molecular weight of 40 kDa (20 kDa per PEG arm). The amine group reacts with various activated groups (e.g., NHS esters, carboxylates via coupling reagents, or aldehydes under reductive amination), enabling stable covalent bond formation. We originally developed and introduced this type of 2-arm branched activated PEG, which has already been successfully utilized in several marketed PEGylated drugs, demonstrating its practical utility and reliability in therapeutic applications.
