SUNBRIGHT DE-200MA is a homobifunctional maleimide-PEG with a 20,000 Da PEG chain. The maleimide groups at both ends site-specifically react with thiol groups on bioactive molecules (e.g., proteins, peptides, and other biologics), resulting in highly efficient and quantitative PEGylation.
