SUNBRIGHT DE-100GS is a homobifunctional NHS ester-PEG with a 10,000 Da PEG chain. The NHS groups at both ends are linked to the PEG chain via glutaric acid linkers, and they readily react with amine-containing molecules to form stable amide bonds. After PEGylation, the GS type is relatively susceptible to hydrolysis because it contains an ester linkage, enabling the control of hydrolysis rate depending on the target applications.
