About the Product

SOFTILT® AX-L is an amino acid-based surfactant developed for shampoos and other hair care formulations requiring both mildness and performance.

Featuring a taurine-based counter ion, SOFTILT® AX-L helps improve hair body and elasticity while maintaining the gentle cleansing characteristics associated with amino acid surfactants. The ingredient also provides rich foam and excellent compatibility with commonly used hair care ingredients, making it suitable for premium hair care applications.

SOFTILT® AX-L is particularly well suited for volumizing shampoos, amino acid shampoo systems, and scalp care formulations.
