SOFTILT® AT-L

About the Product

SOFTILT® AT-L is an amino acid-based surfactant developed for shampoos and other hair care formulations requiring mildness and enhanced conditioning performance. It is derived from N-methyl-β-alanine, an amino acid naturally found in nature. 

The ingredient forms complexes with cationic polymers, helping improve lubrication during rinsing and delivering a high conditioning effect. SOFTILT® AT-L also demonstrates excellent viscosity-building performance when combined with amphoteric surfactants in mildly acidic formulations. 

SOFTILT® AT-L is particularly well suited for amino acid shampoos, conditioning shampoos, and scalp care formulations.
