Modiper® AS100 is an anti‑squeak and tribology‑improving graft copolymer additive developed using NOF’s proprietary graft‑polymer technology. It is designed to reduce squeak noise and improve frictional behavior when incorporated into engineering plastics.

Key Performance Features

  • Squeak‑noise reduction (resin‑to‑resin)Effectively suppresses squeak noise generated when thermoplastic resins—such as POM, ABS, and PC/ABS—rub against each other.
  • Tribological performance improvementEnhances sliding performance by reducing wear loss and lowering the kinetic friction coefficient in resins including POM and PA.
  • Environmentally friendlyContains no halogenated compounds, preventing migration or environmental concerns.
