Functional extract of seaweed harvested in Amakusa, Japan.
● ECKLEXT® BG is obtained by extracting with 80% 1,3- Butylene glycol from Ecklonia kurome, which is the specialty product harvested in the waters of Amakusa in Japan.
The oceanic polyphenols called phlorotannins are abundantly contained in Ecklonia kurome. It has been reported that phlorotannins have antibacterial activity and anti-inflammatory effect.
