1. Measure trans epidermal water loss (TEWL) and water holding capacity (WHC) on forearm as initial value
2. Apply each solution on forearm
3. Measure TEWL and WHC at 2 hours after application

2. Apply the patch containing each solution prepared above
3. Peel each patch off on forearm at1 and 24 hours after application

1. Dye white hair to brown with a commercial hair color product
2. Immerse dyed hair in Lipidure®-NA suspension and water, and rinse each treated hair off with water and dry it
3. Shampoo each treated hair with an anionic surfactant and rinse it off with water 10 times
4. Take photos of each treated hair and conduct the colorimetry analysis on each treated hair with a colorimeter
