- Prepare Lipidure®-PMB and Sodium Hyaluronate aqueous solution at 0.2% as an active matter
- Measure moisture on skin by SKICON-200 for initial value
- Apply each solution on forearm
- Measure moisture on skin
- Rinse off applied point with water
- After 1 hour, measure moisture at the rinsed point
- Waterproof property

- Apply fluorescent marked Lipidure®-PMB aq. on Living Skin Equivalent (LSE)
- Rinse LSE with phosphate buffer saline 10 times at 3 hours after application
- Observe LSE under the fluorescent microscope
- Improving rough skin

- Strip stratum corneum of elbow with adhesive tape and observe the tape under microscope
- Apply the cream containing Lipidure®-PMB at 1% as an active matter twice a day for 2weeks
- Repeat the same procedure as (1)
- Reduction of irritation from irritants

- Prepare 30% AHA aq. with Lipidure®-PMB at 5% as an active matter and 30% AHA aq. as a control.
- RConduct the patch test using the solutions prepare at (1) on the forearm for 4 hours.
- Remove the patch and take a photo.
