SYUDOX® SP series, DSP-E series and DF-40
Dry Shrinkage Reducing agent [Powder]
SYUDOX® SP series, SYUDOX® DSP-E series, SYUDOX® DF-40 are all powder type dry shrinkage reducing agents (SRA) developed for premix products, such as polymer cement mortar.
✔Excellent effect of dry shrinkage reducing.
・Prevent cracking and reduce dry shrinkage around 10 to 50% in accordance with SYUDOX® series dosage.
✔ Easy to mix with other powder.
✔ Best mach air entraining can be controlled.
✔ No specific performance change can be observed when existing with the redispersible polymer powders and the expansive additives.

Depending on the application, the dosage of SYUDOX® SP series,SYUDOX® DSP-E series, SYUDOX® DF-40 varies from 0.5 to 4.0wt% of the cementitious material.

(1) Mixing Proportion
: Air curing (20℃, 80% of relative humidity)
⇒Water curing(20℃, 5 days)
⇒Leaving(20℃, 50% of relative humidity)
(3) Results
| HANDLING | : Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin.When handling at elevated temperature, provide adequate ventilation. Avoid rough handling or dropping. |
| FIRST AID MEASURES | |
| EYE | : Immediately flush with clean water until irritation disappear sufficiently, and consult a physician if necessary. |
| SKIN | : Immediately wash thoroughly with plenty of water. |
| INGESTION | : Immediately induce vomiting, and rinse mouth with water. If symptoms are not good after first-aid measures, consult a physician immediately. Do not induce vomiting or give anything by mouth to an unconscious parson. |

- Best fit dosage of DSP-E series depends on aggregate, mortar temperature and so on, try premix to give objective mortar.
- For air adjustment, simultaneous use air entraining agent or defoaming agent.
