3-1. 2-arm Branched PEG
2-arm activated branched PEGs can introduce two PEG
chains into pharmaceutical substances by a single linkage and
improve the pharmacokinetic profile of the pharmaceutical
substances efficiently *.
2-arm activated branched PEGs have already been used in
some marketed PEGylated drugs.
